Crazy Bird Videos

I have two budgies, a male and a female, and they do the most mind boggling things:
1) The male somehow SOAKS the bottom of the cage! I guess he plays around with his water bottle, but he has one similar to this one:

So how can he possibly wet the entire cage bottom by playing with [...]
