		<description>Hmm... I&#039;m not an expert in the subject, but my brother has a parakeet, so... Feathers are... similar to, let&#039;s say, nails or hair. If damaged, they can&#039;t be replaced. But, however, molting is quite common in birds. The bird might be going through a complete or a partial molt. Complete molting is when all the feathers are replaced, as partial molting is, well, some feathers are replaced. I found a good website that explains all about molting. No need to worry! :D
